Louise's Loot — Terms of Service

By placing an order with Louise's Loot (louises-loot.co.uk), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing.

1. About Mystery Boxes
Mystery boxes sold by Louise's Loot contain items selected at random within a stated theme or category. Each box is described with a minimum stated value — this refers to the combined retail value of the items included, not the resale or secondary-market value.

Contents vary between boxes. Purchasing a mystery box means you accept that you will not know the specific contents in advance and that items may vary from any examples shown in promotional materials. Examples shown are illustrative only.

We do not guarantee that any specific item, character, set, or variant will be included in any box.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept payment methods available at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments.

3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute a contract. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and your payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it (for example, due to a stock error or pricing mistake).

4. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

5. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy sets out the circumstances in which returns and refunds are accepted. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, branding, and copy — is owned by or licensed to Louise's Loot. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louise's Loot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from the products purchased, except where such losses result from our negligence or breach of statutory duty.
